Raymond Spack

Raymond Spack is a training coordinator in the Training and Investigation unit of the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension. He is responsible for coordinating Minnesota’s Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.) training programs and the BCA’S Management and Supervision Series. He is an adjunct faculty member in the graduate school of Engineering at the University of Minnesota where he teaches Managerial Communications. Ray also teaches English as a second language at Chicanos Latinos Unidos En Servicio (CLUES) a center for the Latino community in Minnesota. He has taught communication courses in international programs in Taiwan and in Greece.

Ray’s experience includes having worked as the Administrative Assistant to the Assistant Senate Majority Leader in the Minnesota legislature. He has served as a principal trainer and organizational development specialist for Honeywell, Inc. He was the Director of Ministerial Health Services at Metropolitan Medical Center. For fifteen years he was a parish priest and a hospital chaplain for the Archdiocese of St. Paul-Minneapolis.

Ray holds a Master of Divinity degree from the St. Paul Seminary and a Master of Science degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine University.
