Mary Louise Menikheim
Mary Louise has over twenty-five years of business and non-profit experience. She has held leadership positions with P&L responsibility for both start-up and established entrepreneurial businesses. She led the founding and development of a non-profit agency serving inner-city teens, now in its 27th year. She has held board officer roles in elderly housing and services, private education, and community Restorative Justice programs. She has been a community organizer and legislative lobbyist on criminal justice and taxation issues for a major global institution.

Recently, Mary Louise has been a partner in an evolving prototype project for the delivery of patient-centered medical care. Her experience includes several years of consulting to executives and directors of Twin City companies in the application and implementation of strategic and operational business concepts.

Mary Louise is certified by the Supreme Court of Minnesota as an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practitioner. She is active in Restorative Justice practices, including as a mediator in Victim/Offender Conferencing and Washington County Circle Sentencing. She is associated with the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet.

Mary Louise has a BA in political science and a Masters of Arts in Leadership and Conflict Resolution. Currently she is editing a book on applied leadership, and is Co-Director of the Centre for Applied Leadership.
